My husband is about to hike the John Muir Trail, by himself. We live in Michigan and if you know your geography, the JMT is in California. It will take him three weeks to complete the hike, but with travel time and "gearing up" time, he will be gone for two days short of a month.
I'm sure everything will turn out fine, however I feel better somehow writing about our experiences. Writing is theraputic after all, right?
So, I will attempt to write each day as I make my own way through this journey.
